What utilities am I responsible for and how do I pay them?
Tenants are responsible for paying the utilities listed on page 1 of the lease agreement. As part of our commitment to first class service, RentMSU will contact the utility providers and have service connected to the unit. Each month, RentMSU will receive the utility bills and split the amounts between the residents within the unit, invoicing each person for their respective portion of the utilities. Tenants will then be responsible for writing only one check, to RentMSU, covering both their rent and utility services.

Safety is our No. 1 priority! We hire professionally trained and licensed security officers to provide after-hour assistance to residents. Our security staff works hand-in-hand with local law enforcement to ensure maximum safety and enforce community rules.
