When do the contracts start and end?

How do I pay my monthly installment and when is it due?

Your monthly installment is paid online through your resident portal. You may set up re-occurring payments or make a one time payment from a checking or savings account, or with a credit or debit card.

Your monthly installment is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late if not received by the 5th. If the monthly installment is not paid by the 5th a late fee will be added to your account.

What if I need to break my lease or I do not return for Spring/Summer classes?

How do I receive mail and packages?

Each apartment will receive a mailbox key. The mail will be sorted and delivered via USPS to the designated mailbox. Packages will be delivered to the leasing office. When you have a package you will get a text message and will just need to bring an ID to the leasing office to sign for your package.

Houses have their own mailbox and mail and packages will be delivered to each house.

Are pets permitted?

What utilities should I expect to pay?

Tenants are responsible for paying the utilities as indicated on their lease agreement. As part of our commitment to first class service, RentMSU has partnered with SimpleBills to provide individual invoicing for just your portion of the total utility bills each month. Account set up and payment is handled directly with SimpleBills. Detailed information about how to set up your account with SimpleBills will be provided prior to your scheduled lease start date.
